Our chinchilla had a wonderful time at Bunsaway, he came back home very happy and relaxed. Linda has such a lovely and friendly personality, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about animals, even the less common ones, such as chinchillas! Leaving our little guy in her hands was completely stress-free, and Linda made sure to send us regular updates, which we were very grateful for. She was also really happy to answer all our questions and mindful of our little guy's individual needs and personality. Moreover, we were grateful that our cage looked super presentable and clean when we came to pick it up - Linda really goes above and beyond for the pets under her care!
